About Us
TURKSA was founded as a workshop in 1967 by Mr.Necmettin
Gençyılmaz and it became the leader of original instruments supplier of Turkish
Automotive sector; like Ford Otosan (İnönü), Mercedes Benz Turk, BMC, Aksam
(Chrysler), Temsa (Mitsubishi), MAN, Otoyol (Iveco), Otokar (Land Rover), Tırsan
(DAF), Karsan (Peugeot), Beldeyama (Yamaha), AIOS (Isuzu). This immovable
confidence depends upon satisfactory of our customers with our 30-Year-Old
experience. Furthermore, Turksa, has lots of collaboration with other industy
institutions, like B.S.H (Profilo-Siemens-Petkim)
TURKSA, is able to produce various products,
over 700 different types of parts, with its 220 qualified employee in 11.000m2
closed-area.
Our main products; Fuel Tanks (DKP, aluminised,
aluminium, stainless), oil and air tanks, oil bath filters, dry air and dust
filters.
Moreover, our sister firm, TURNAK A.Ş, started
to manufacture with 110 employee in 6000m2 closed-area in Adana.(2004), services
to automotive Industry with 200 kinds of products.
Some products,manufacturing in Adana; Dkp Air
tanks, Aluminium air tanks, truck front and back buffers, side and back doors of
buses, full ceiling and outer aluminium parts of buses, chasis parts.
Reissue, the İzmir branch of TURNAK, got into
full swing especially for BMC, on July 2005 with totally 9000m2 area (5500m2
closed-area).
Products ; Air aspirated chimnies, torsion
crossties, air filters, air tanks, chasis crossties, bus base chasis, and we
plan to manufacture back buffer of trucks, bus doors, bus ceiling, outer parts
of buses.

-Beside OEM, we also produce for after-market.
-Our Machinery Park is decorated with the last
tecnology used machines.
-For fuel tanks we use material from ST12.03 to
ST14.03. And Almg3 quality aluminium used for aluminium processes.
-Aluminised (DIN EN 10154- AS 120) fuel tanks
have been manufactured.
-For air tanks and fuel tanks ‘’Almg3’’ could
be used.
Engineering support is
provided in case of necessity. |
